Churches in North America are awaking to the fact that they no longer attract visitors. Our team, by way of the Missional Pathway, Activate(d), and NextGen, equips Christians to live like missionaries here, in their local communities. Individual members, students, and entire congregations live strategically and influentially, demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ in ways that are appreciated by those outside the Church.
Pastors across the country want their churches to live this way, but rarely accomplish this without a well-conceived process, regular coaching, and outside help. That’s what each member of my team exists to do. Pastors are under immense pressure to grow their congregations and to impact their cities in an increasingly challenging environment. They need coaching to develop and imbed the character and skills to lead both themselves and their people well. We do this.
So much of the resources available to pastors are “microwave oven” quick fix oriented, or inspirational without providing step-by-step practical guidance. Our solutions are action- oriented, discovery-based, and experiential. Most importantly, they are effective.
